Swishy Hissy Moo is a 1973 Volkswagen Bug, that I bought on Ebay last April, to be my first restoration project ever. Roschen is a 1974 Super Beetle, that I got locally to use as a parts car just a couple months ago. Swishy Hissy Moo, got its name because travling back home with it on a lawn mower trailer made it swoosh across the highway, making it so my dad and I ended up using slower sideroads to get it home. If you where to look through the back of the pick-up truck that we where towing it with, Swishy Hissy Moo seemed as though it was Hissing at you, and it got its “Moo” because I decided it would be a nicer funkier name with that added.
Roschen got its name for a very different reason. Roschen means Little Rose in German. I decided on this name because its a small (er) car then some Volkswagens, it had a dead rose in the back when we got it, and of course, its red.
I will pose pictures of each one later.
Roschen is just being used as a parts car, but its body still looks much nicer then Swishy Hissy Moos.
Swishy Hissy Moo, is supposed to be completely restored and street legal in 10 weeks :-/ .
