Remote Volkswagen Images
Volksblog.com will no longer display remote images on the frontpage of the portal. This is one part of our plan to increase the performance of the portal’s introduction to your blogs. If you are unfamiliar with local and remote images, let me explain. Remote images are images that are linked from another site. While it is OK for you to have them in your blog, we have chosen not to include it in the general area. The performance of Volksblog.com will be at the mercy of the remote site. Local images are files you upload to your blog section. Every user has this option. If you are not familiar with this function, please take a complete look at this feature in the “Write Post” section of the administration console.
